What?!?! Who knew. Apparently there is a “cereal only” restaurant in Arvada, Colorado. I remember reading about a cereal place in New York but I didn’t know Colorado would come up with one. It reminds me of a froyo place with cereal. Interesting concept. Another cereal themed restaurant in Louisville, Kentucky opened and closed pretty quick this year. Let’s hope a Colorado cereal restaurant makes it. I am always rooting for the local guy!
