If you have ever had a ficelle from a French bakery you don’t know what you are missing. Boulangerie means bakery in French, and Pascal Rigo is looking to bring back the boulangerie to the people. America is carb conscious so bread and pastries are not a big deal here. It is nice to see that culture is still being preserved in France.
