Love me some Wild Ginger
This may be the best kept secret in South Denver. Wild Ginger is a nice Thai restaurant off of Littleton Boulevard, in Littleton, CO. You get authentic Thai food and they’ll make it as spicy as you want. In retrospect, I’ve done hot food challenges and can handle a lot of heat, but be careful. I order "thai hot" and it causes me heart palpitations, but it’s worth it. I recommend the Pork Egg Rolls, Chicken Panang, and any of the Pad Thai dishes!
