A New Orleans Pastry Chef On the Shutdown: ‘We Need a Miracle’

Who knows whether or not they’re going to have anyone coming in. We have no cruises coming out of New Orleans. We have no conventions. The hotels aren’t going to be full. I don’t see how this is going to work. We need a miracle.

What can we do to get Government to relax the restrictions and let small restaurants open?  Does Gov care about privately owned small businesses?
