Most restaurant owners have sanitized and have proper COVID protocols in place have struggled since March to stay in business. I know several restaurant owners in Denver and I can say that with opening and reopening during the pandemic, along with the extended unemployment benefits, they are at their wits end. All they want to do is serve food and keep their doors open.
